I am a Phoenix-based independent consultant specializing in organizational development, process management, database design and marketing. I work with a wide variety of constituents, including nonprofit agencies, public and private foundations, membership coalitions, and for-profit corporations. With a background in research and writing, and over 12 years experience developing and implementing database tracking systems, business plans, grantmaking protocols and marketing plans, I help agencies communicate their missions, streamline internal processes and become more effective organizations.
